In this case since sc has verified next to our current COI - I shan’t be bothered but otherwise I woulda pointed it out.
Alls well that doesn’t affect our account I suppose.

not only is Amazon requesting them they are being a Pain in the as s
Literally submitted the same form they have accepted for the past 4 years with the date changed (by the insurance company)
Now it isn’t good enough.
They saying why it’s not good enough?
– Your policy only mentions “Amazon.com Services LLC and its affiliates and assignees” as a Certificate Holder, not as an Additional Insured. Your insurer should add “Amazon.com Services LLC and its affiliates and assignees” as an additional insured on the policy.
It’s been good enough since they started requesting these things
I always remembered seeing “additional insured” as a requirement.
They just decided to start enforcing that in your case.
You also have “named as additional insured” in the box right above that, which is a requirement.
Correct. Provided the example so @Thelunatick can take this to their underwriter to make the quick correction, with verbiage we know works, to put this issue to bed.
Hi ASV_Vites, you’ve been super helpful to me in the past (very much appreciated) and I’m having the same annual struggle of getting my COI accepted. Have you submitted this year, and if so, any changes to wording needed? A (redacted) example of an accepted COI would be great if you could see fit or be so kind. Cheers.
Welcome to SAS!
My COI expires mid June and Amazon has already sent notices warning that I will need to update. I didn’t have any problem last year when my insurance renewed, will see how this year goes.
Generally if the only thing that changes from year to year is the start and end date on the policy it shouldn’t be an issue. Don’t let the insurance agent add or remove anything from the COI from the previous year.
Appreciate the response. Yeah, that was what I was counting on but no. No such luck I’m afraid.
Thanks muchly, your help is very much appreciated.
Claims made policies are only valid for certain categories. For everything else it MUST be written as occurrence.
It used to be they wouldn’t accept any kind of claims made policy at all.
That’s what I meant. Thanks for the clarification.
I wanted to give the OP a hand but was in a rush so I made a mistake rushing through / redacting the policy.
Welcome @Naturesafe to SAS.
Hopefully you caught the advice from @ASV_Vites & @GGX. Basically it depends a lot on the category you are primarily selling in.
So this section is where you might be having an issue.
So to find your issue it would help to know the category.
I was hoping it was just the verbiage at the bottom that was the issue. That’s the most common thing with rejections. Amazon wants it to the letter - well, their bots do.
Any deviation from the handful of match-up examples and it gets rejected. IDK if there really is a handful of examples but what I do know is what I posted has worked every single time for both of my accounts and it’s also helped sellers back on the OSFE get approved.
