Due to the new Amazon prime rules I can’t share my prime account from my personal account with my business account anymore (I have my wife as the 2nd person.)
I ordered something I didn’t need in a rush. The delivery window was the 12-17th
Order shipped on the 13th USPS
On the 15 the tracking number changed to Amazon
The 17th No package. It is still 1 state over.
Actually we would get a hit to our On time shipping, then our OTDR Then amazon customer support would file a refund for the customer plus $25 for the inconvience.
Maybe six or seven years ago I bought a Halloween costume for my daughter. As a prime customer I felt confident it would arrive in time as the holiday was four days away. When it didn’t ship I contacted Amazon and they said they would overnight it. Well, it never shipped. I called back, now the day before Halloween, and eventually I was told it did not ship because it was sold out. Strange, I responded, as it was still for sale on Amazon. I was offered a $5 digital credit for my troubles.
