With all the Amazon “UPDATES” being done, I did notice today that the customers address (street & #) are still visible. Usually that’s redacted after 5-7 days or when it’s delivered.
I found it strange to still be able to see the full address when reviewing messages and viewing the order.
I do like having the ability to see the full address when answering customers concerns, hopefully it’s not a temp glitch.
My orders from ~10 days ago are all obfuscated.

I just checked my Amazon sales from two weeks ago. The addresses are ob… -err…redacted.
Why not just save them, regardless of what Amazon wants?
I save them. It adds about 2 seconds per sale.
I recently needed a delivered order address that was ‘obscured’ to send a replacement part to the buyer.
I found an interesting workaround to see the address again. PM me.
I don’t want to publicly post it in case they might disable the option I found. Certainly they must have someone or somebot monitoring our great forum.
That’s one of the reasons why the forum has protected areas.

If you purchased the shipping label using “buy shipping”, the label is available to print for 30-32 days, otherwise it only remains on the order for about a week.
I meant I like not having to go to an outside program to retrieve an address.
When dealing with messages I kinda just want to knock them out quickly and having all the information right there speeds up the process.
