Which restocking fee reason are you using? They don’t all have the same options.

I clicked around – I used Customer Return.
100% is not an option until I click “Materially Different”
I chose severe damages before and was limited.
Why can’t the BOT do their thing and initiate the refund, and then I’ll do the SAFE-T claim for the return shipping…LIKE I always do.

RFS is more reliable now than it used to be, but it still flakes out at times. It’s frustrating when that happens.
I got two more back yesterday that were not refunded upon first scan. So sitting on three right now. Weird.
I’ll sit tight until Monday and then do something, just not sure what.
Having that issue too
I have 3 returns open, 2 of them shipped back to me and are not RFS.
I never put in an exemption for these items. The only Items I ever put for no RFS was single use disposable items which are not supposed to be returnable per Amazon policy ( and the FDA).
Both returns are for holsters
