anyone can help regarding my issue . as i got my account deactivated on 17th of January 2025 . and amazon sent me notification email regarding deactivation . and they sent me 4 ASINs to send related invoices which cover sales quantity regarding pervious 365 days .
i did almost 18 appeals with my invoices but they didn’t accept them. always reply that that recieved documents aren’t enough to clear this issue . and due to amazon policy they aren’t authorized to send me and clear what is the issue with them exactly.
actually . 4 ASINs . 2 of them are old ones and appealed their issue on Oct 2024 with delete listing and stop selling them anymore.
and latest ASIN already amazon sent me an email later on 29 of January that there was an issue and they already cleared issue with ASIN and i can continue selling it again .
and at the final i deleted all ASINs from my listing and inventory totally.
is there an idea to appeall and activate my account again.
and also suitable POA to submit in such a case.
Unfortunately, if your invoices cannot provide a valid supply chain, there is no recourse. If you do not have a LOA from the brands you are trying to sell, there is no recourse. Deleting the ASIN’s does not address the violations.
The days of deleting inventory and promising not to do it again are in the past.
Amazon want’s invoices (not receipts) for that inventory and really likes a valid LOA from the brands.
The only path forward is to find new product in a different category, source through authorized distributors (and not just 10 of 1 item), get an LOA from the new brands and write a solid appeal.
Hi @bazzartti and welcome to SellersAskSellers! Did you do a telephone call with the Account Health team for more information about why your documents were unsatisfactory?
So you had 2 violations in October but appealed those successfully, but now those original 2 plus a new 2 are why your selling account is deactivated?
Is that correct?
@oneida_books so the only way for OP to be reactivated is with a POA that includes new products sourced through authorized suppliers, with correct documentation?
Can you help me with suitable POA as I did communicate and purchased invoice of 6 products each product quantity is 12 pieces
From owner of brand and also I had his registration of brand and also commercial registration in additional letter of authorisation
And what should be written in letter which should be sent to Amazon
