Amazon Seller Central Issues 12-8-2024 - 12-9-2024

I still don’t see anything posted on the ‘canary-in-the-coal mine’ Technical Notifications (link, Seller Central) Dashboard, but this banner was pinned to each discussion over in the NSFE a few hours ago:

ETA:

And I see that Ricardo has posted an NSFE discussion on this ongoing snafu as well:

The messenger would appear to be getting shot…

is this a real question? :face_with_peeking_eye:

In addition to the payment delay on seller central, there are delays on the buyer side also. We sent an item to our daughter in Las Vegas and it arrived without the charge unit. We asked for a replacement and set up a return to UPS with the QR code. Item was returned to UPS on Sunday (a day after delivery) and she got the UPS receipt. Normally, once UPS in in possession then Amazon sends an email confirming the return has been accepted by UPS. We have not received the notification email and it has been 3 days. We expect that we will have to fight the charge for non returned item sometime in February.

Amazon has truly outdone Glitchmas this year …

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the tone of the recent responders to that NSFE discussion seems to have grown a tad bit testy…

And rightfully so! It’s not Ricardo’s fault and his communication and monitoring is much appreciated, but the replies to his post today are :bullseye:

This just appeared on my payments dashboard:

The issue causing increased latency for data availability on Payments Dashboard, Settlement Reports, and Date Range Reports has been resolved. We are actively working to restore availability of Deferred Transactions report on the Reports Repository page.
