I was out for most of the day today and thought it as odd that I didn’t have any sales showing on my app after 2pm. I just tried to sign in on my desktop to get my orders ready for tomorrow. It said my password was wrong. I thought that was odd, tried again. Wrong. Tried the browser on my phone, not working. I then tried again on my desktop, then it triggered a 2 step with the last few numbers showing of my cell, I didn’t get the 2 step. I went to the app, and tried to go to the health section and it said failed to load. I basically cannot do anything, and I am in a slight panic. I have a perfect account, I am the handmade category. I cannot figure out how to call them without access to my account. Are there any server issues going on, any tips on what to do?
App is working for me, laptop is working for me, chrome on phone is…not, but I’m getting a msg stating “There was an issue on our end. Please try again.” followed by “Internal error. Please try again later”.
Thank God its not just me…I was about to have a panic attack ala my history. Yah there is something definitely wrong.
Order pages are also loading incomplete - only the Order Details tab shows anything unless I refresh it.
Android app is fine, chrome on laptop, I cannot log in after it logged me out at the end of day like it always does. I am logged in on chrome on my phone, but it’s slow to load pages.
App some pages don’t work as well.
I also received the “password is wrong” message even though I knew it was correct. I was finally able to log in after several tries.
We are using the Next Gen Selling GUI on Windows 11 Firefox. It started getting glitchy about 4 hours ago. Currently … when trying to look at pending orders, we are getting a spinning circle of death.

And now the Manage Order Page is half blank … some columns show and some don’t …
I was just able to log in on Chrome. Did they just auto-add Australia and Singapore?
I have Mexico, Canada and Brazil on vacation, so I don’t normally see the country list.
Still just Americas: US, Mex, CA and Br
