So, it was in a paper bag (with a shipping label on the bag, right?). I thought it was delivered to your doorstep just as shown in your photo without the paper bag.
This
Yeah, I thought that, too.
I received two hba items in a paper bag today with the paper from the bag seal stuffed in the bag, to reduce the trash removal costs at the FC. I resent disposing of Amazon’s waste.
Yeah that they have been doing for a long time
A married woman was a little startled when she went to climb into bed as she found her husband naked. Upon seeing his wife’s reaction, he promptly defended himself by saying “Amazon shipped me naked”.

You mean dese-crates? Amazon will find a way to make a buck on those too.
The Amazon driver will simply weigh the crate upon pickup. If the gross weight is significantly more than the tare weight, Amazon will bill you for it. And for the dese-crate also. Both will go in an incinerator.
Amazon moves a lot of feces from China. Now they can move mine. ![]()
I look forward to Amazon fulfilling its true nature.
My problem with the damn paper bag is that my product gets damaged when they toss the paper bag containing my product into a tote, and then toss a set of barbells or an Acme brand anvil atop it.
The customer rightly complains the the product arrived damaged, returns it for a refund, and some also leave a 1-star review stating exactly that.
While Amazon “strikes through” seller ratings/reviews that complain about Amazon’s FBA fulfillment, there does not seem to be a way to get these fulfillment problem 1-star product “reviews” removed. This never happened when Amazon used jiffy bags, so I guess they expect the seller to box each individual unit in an ISO-688 complaint crate made of metal or wood.
I can deal with the damaged goods, but the 1-star reviews burn my butt. Has anyone ever gotten Amazon to see that they are being overtly inconsistent here, and remove the poor reviews?
overtly inconsistent here
This would be a product of their silo-ism. Feedback AI doesn’t communicate with Review AI. Feedback programmers don’t consider Review problems, and vice-versa.
Just got an FBA return with a huge 4.5 x 6.5 inch sticker stuck to the product packaging totally destroying any possibility of reselling it. The product itself is not damaged or defective, despite Amazon’s determination that prompted them to send it back to me.
I can usually get the LPN labels off, but not this!
So, I’m wondering if this is the beginning of a new ‘naked’ FBA returns initiative? What could be their purpose of this abomination? This one was in a paper mailer.
Oh, so they shipped this to the buyer without outer packaging, naked. ![]()
