Anyone doing IP infringement dealt with "Under additional review"

I have an IP complaint about a Chinese seller on one of my other account listings but it has been “Under additional review” since April 2.
Secondly, I made another IP infringement claim Monday against a US based seller, and it also went to “Under additional review”.
Does anyone have more experience than I do with the “Under additional review” process?

The email I got this morning said this…
"Hello ,

Thank you for your report of infringement. We reviewed your report and altered or removed the reported content based on the information you provided. The detail page may not show the changes that were implemented for up to 24 hours.

ASIN: B0BKQKX19J
Complaint ID: 15499776881

We have provided your email address and the additional information you shared in your complaint to the reported sellers. You may be contacted by them to provide a retraction for this report. If no retraction or successful appeal is made, the original action will remain in place and reported sellers will not be able to re-list on the reported ASINs. Retracting this complaint would allow the reported sellers to re-list on the reported ASINs.

To retract a complaint submitted from Brand Registry, please use the “Retract a complaint” link in Submission History (Amazon Sign In).

To retract a complaint submitted from the Report Infringement Form, use the Retraction Form (Amazon.com - Report Infringement). You will need the complaint ID provided above to submit a retraction.

If you have additional notices that you wish to submit, our team only investigates one type of infringement per submission and no more than 50 ASINs per submission.

Thank you,

And what became of your lawyer filing suit outside of arbitration since this is a legal matter and outside of arbitration clause - iirc?

That is in a big quagmire of legal BS “alignment” with the manufacturer to go after the vendor and avoid Amazon, as the Amazon vendor is copying all kinds of other products from this manufacturer. Think a jean seller claiming that any pants that are blue are the same thing regardless of brand and selling Lee as Levis, Arizona, Gap, Dickies, etc.
We thought it was just us, but its not, its like 5 other brands big and small, but the manufacturer wants to tread lightly because they want to see what brands are being shipped on what listings for proof on what platforms before reaching out to Amazon and WalMart potentially killing all the sellers who have nothing to do with any of it, as it is just a WalMart and Amazon vendor doing shady stuff tanking everyones listings and reviews.
I think the manufactures lawyer believes that if there are fakes on WalMart there is grounds to go after Amazon for forcing price requirements on an off Amazon counterfeit product.
