I’ve never seen this before. Reflects a red dot (Exclamation Point inside) w/ ERROR under Buyer Messages on Seller Central.
We last used buyer messaging on Sat, ending in a repeat customer’s cancellation of order. No message other than these reflect on messaging-NO MESSAGE REQUIRE A RESPONSE,
Can’t use Seller Central box to reach messaging/have to click on envelope icon, now.
There’s this one post on NSFE, several replies. For all I know, it’s all y’all, anyway (I only see alphanumeric strings) but if not, then we’re not alone
I’m seeing on-again/off-again/on-again behaviour for the impacted Seller Central Dashboard widgets on multiple workstations in widely-segregated (geographically speaking) locations with most every refresh.
I see those “Error” messages when my sign-in has timed out, but the page will still refresh with most of the info. Amazon will log you out, but not tell you that you need to sign in again. Close the window, and try again; you’ll likely be prompted to sign in and provide OTP.
