Anyone notice they've changed some stuff with appealing A to z claims and charge disputes in the last few days?

For charge disputes, I now see a “dispute reason code” in the last column that was never there before.

For appealing A to z claims, now they give you all these drop down boxes to answer info…not really loving this.

Any chance you can grab a screenshot?

Shoot, I already filed my appeal. I should have thought of that. It will still let you write a message but it seems to basically route you through stuff with these drop down boxes. Honestly, I didn’t love it.

I saw the drop-down boxes and selected one, and I won.

Great to know @Amazon_Seller and hopefully @Jenga244 will report back soon with the same success :crossed_fingers:

Hopefully another Seller can post a screenshot of the a2z appeal dropdown soon…except also hopefully not because Amazon should just get a2z’s right the first time.

From this point most options bring up additional text fields for carrier name and tracking numbers. All of them I believe bring up a text field for additional information.

Here is the other option for, “I fulfilled my responsibilities”.

Again, most will allow you to enter a carrier name and tracking number. And I believe all will give the additional information field.

Guaranteed they did it to streamline their process but as usual they don’t realize it makes it harder for us to actually file the claim for the correct reason.

It’s not to streamline their process. It’s to, once again, make things harder on sellers so they either don’t go through with it or the claim is denied based on what the seller puts or accidentally selects.
