It seems to be an easier thing to let Amazon handle the logistics, as WalMart seems to have a far less robust fulfillment infrastructure, from what little I can work out in speaking with WalMart.
WFS has fulfilled over 100K orders for us since 2022. Never an issue, and you get the 1 or 2 day delivery, which converts. It’s also a hella of a lot cheaper than MCF. MCF rates have more than doubled since its inception.
And @ASV_Vites , you do use FBA already, correct? And still found it more beneficial to add Walmart’s WFS rather than go through MCF?
Unless you have wildly fluctuating sales that make it too hard to plan your WFS inventory, MCF will be more expensive. Also, as a general principle I don’t want Amazon involved in my off Amazon business in any way. They are already too involved in my business.
