This is the line that gets me:

They claimed that the FTC never alerted them to any wrongdoing before filing the lawsuit, so how could they have known they were violating the law?

Isn’t this the same excuse suspended sellers use??? :person_facepalming:

Considering how many lawyers Amazon has on staff, this doesn’t seem like a very good excuse.

That sounds like a new murder trial defense strategy. “Nobody told my client that murdering his ex was illegal, so how was he supposed to know that’s against the law?”
