I received a refund from an ebay seller, the item arrived three days later. I would like to get them paid, but can’t seem to make it work out. Ebay rep said to send the seller a message telling them to ask for a reversal, and my message is their evidence. But I get a message that This seller has chosen to not receive messages. So is there anything further I can do? Since the order is “finished” none of the other buttons to contact them will work.
If you can find a phone number or other non-Ebay messaging contact method, try that. Otherwise, you did your best.
This is an option???
Seems like. I typed out my note, clicked Send and that popped up.
When I sent the first note that the item had not arrived, that went through. But it is a mega seller, with multiple warehouses of books, so they don’t take the time to respond. They probably wouldn’t even bother reversing it, but it just feels wrong to not at least try. I guess that was my good deed for the day. ![]()
If a buyer has been added to the Blocked Buyer List, they cannot send messages to the seller, and receive that message.
There are sellers who choose to add any buyer they issue a refund to to the BBL, so do not waste your time.
I don’t think these folks would even take the time to do that much. I buy from them often, but usually via AZ or their own site (depends on the price difference). I would sure hate the idea that I was on a BBL. ![]()
I just received a coupon from ebay (not the seller) for 10% off my next purchase due to my package being late due to the Canada Post strike. That strike is still having repurcussions. I just received a bill that normally arrives Nov. 25th ish.
