We have a product that was flagged in account health for Children’s Toy compliance documents. We had proper testing done, but since it was a year old, Amazon would not accept it.
We got new testing done (which passed) and had the Certified Provider upload the documents to Amazon. These documents are currently in Amazon’s pipeline, and pending approval.
However, Amazon just created a disposal order for all inventory of this item. I know you cannot cancel a disposal order, but does anyone have any advice on how to stop it when Amazon has the proper documentation pending review?
You should be able to delay the disposal by 30 days. You can only do this once.
Would I just request this in my open ticket with support, or are there different steps I should be taking. Thanks so much for the advice.
Amazon did a crack down on which Testing Companies were accepted. Maybe review this page on Partner Third-Party TIC Service Providers to make sure this isn’t hanging up your approval of certification.
On our second go around with Amazon on CPC, it took 3 months to get our item listings back up on Amazon (and that was with a mod’s help on NSFE).

We used one of their certified providers so I don’t believe that is an issue, but thank you for the suggestion.
