I was alerted to AWD West Coast fee increases and so searched for it:

This is Amazon’s solution to ease congestion on the West Coast and push sellers to use East Coast facilities and once that happens, most likely, raise the rates there as well.

Yea, I saw that. AWD is a bust. Not sure why Amazon went all in on it and slashed the FBA limits. Not helping Amazon or sellers as far as I can tell.
Not sure what the hurry was. It seems like sellers were slowing coming on board. That would have been the right way to do this (slow and steady). Amazon could have figured out how to right-size it and build on it.

Who the hell knows what’s next. but we have a system we will continue to use until that gets dismantled….
