The recent fee trend for us recently, has been “Abandoned” Sent to Amazon workflow/shipments with a fee of ~5$, for shipments we never finalized or booked freight for.
Never booked the shipment in STA.
Incompetent programming with no supervision at its best.
Judging from what I’ve seen reported over in the NSFE (& in some related biz-discussion venues) over the past two or three months, this appears to be an increasing phenomenon.
I’m torn upon which razor to apply here - Hanlon’s, or Occam’s…
How do we delete all the workflows that we are not using? The only way I know how is to go to each one. I want to just click remove all.
Only way I know of too.
No way to do it currently. Has to be done one by one. Ridiculous, after several years of the program’s existence.
