Yes itā€™s signed and it has a date on it.

Thereā€™s also no option to include any comments/explanation. They accept a document only

I resubmitted just the LOA and it got accepted so I didnā€™t need to write a response.

Still having other issues where the same LOA format doesnā€™t work thoughā€¦
