Honestly I have to agree with Amazon on this one. The title should really be “American Diagnostic Corporation Proscope 670 Dual-Head Stethoscope.” there shouldn’t be any ADC in the titles.
We agree with @oneida_books … title issue with the use of ADC.
The trademark is an illustrated image of the letters with lines used in the style. When coupled with the company name in the logo, it is clear and recognizable as the company. Use of the letters themselves could create confusion as to the company since ADC is used by others.
“The Amazing” could also be confusing a bot as it is so close to “Amazon”. It is also subjective and is a claim that Amazon may not allow (like you can’t make the claim “The Cheapest” in the title).
ADC, WTF is the problem, we will contact our Amazon people
Why form letter an useless link
Ask what needs to be corrected pointing out it meets all the criteria of the useless link
Form letter and useless link again
Only option now is phone support and I can’t upload a revised LOA because the only option is phone support.
The phone support agent is looking over the case and banging his head into a wall.
He went through the checklist and the LOA is valid. He is sending a message to the IP management team basically asking what the issue is because he sees no issue with the LOA .
It’s amazing how the phone support people understand common sense but the e-mail support know nothing but form letters.
My experience with LOAs (and invoices too) ever since the start of the year is they been getting rejected even when they meet all the requirements. Including invoices (from the same company, that have not had the format changed at all) that were accepted in 2023.
They definitely keep it on file. But just because they have previously accepted documentation on file does not mean they will continue to accept that same documentation. And they won’t give any reasoning for the rejection other than something vague like “they cannot verify your documentation.”
In the past month or two, I tried that template you posted in that other thread twice. It worked for one and not the other. It’s really puzzling how they evaluate these things.
