Getting e-mails that I have to submit SDS chemical safety data sheet for items with Hazardous chemicals.

Appealed based on there are no hazardous chemicals in the item. Surprising get an e-mail that I am correct and the item has been updated.

Could it be the permanent marker ink?
Years ago when I worked at a newspaper we had the annual safety meeting to review the hazardous stuff in the building and what to do in case of exposure. We were surprised to see White-Out listed on the paperwork. The actual printing press ink was not.
