You’re not alone … we do those exact things too … ![]()
@ASV_Vites Our first BTPs finished last week so I thought I would share our results:
Ended it right before the Prime Sale because I was worried about the stacking discounts.
We are going to try a few other audiences to compare them.
Looking good.
Do you think it’s incremental? We do although it’s nearly impossible to measure results on Amazon with the wild natural swings that just happen…
We’re going to experiment with other audiences as well in Nov.
Thanks!
Yeah, I do think it is, but you are right it’s so hard to measure with the reporting they are currently providing on the program (and the waves of just doing business on Amazon).
I do feel it’s definitely worth putting in your Amazon Marketing arsenal and I can see how it will build brand loyalty over time.
The word on the street is that robust reporting on BTP is in development.
That would be Amazing!
It would also be normal… I mean if you are going to start something like this, the last step (BEFORE LAUNCH) is to have a reporting mechanism that goes beyond redemptions and dollars. ![]()
I have a feeling that Amazon wanted to see how many takers there were before they bothered wasting time on reporting for something that may or may not be used.

Here’s ours for what it’s worth. ![]()
Interesting that the discounts are less than 10%… Not sure what that means other than potentially multiple units being purchased and the discount only being applied to the first.
Reporting will solve that hopefully
Thanks for sharing, you are getting some great results! I started 2 new campaigns today and I’ll post the results to this topic when they are finished.
Yeah I noticed the discount isn’t matching the full percentage. You are probably right that it’s a multi-unit order or something.
So my SAS guy was promising I’d finally see the worth of SAS with the 3 events coming up on the holidays. One is a coupon event and the other two events require deals.
He told me to submit some Deals today so he can review.
Sweet! Went to submit some, I’m Ineligible across the board.
Can’t submit any.
I looked up the Eligibility requirements and not seeing anything that disqualifies me. I must be under the “other criteria we can’t disclose”
So the “free deals” per month perk is not really a thing.
It’s the sales. The number isn’t published anywhere but it’s somewhere between 1500-2500 units per month based on personal experience and what I’ve seen out there with the competition and their deals and when they start running them.
Here’s your opportunity to say, “Can you please make my offers eligible for the deals you want me to set up”. You never know…
I did, he can’t. has to just appear naturally. So he hopes something will appear on its own in next couple weeks before the Deal deadlines.
Interesting call for sure. thinking new thread. lol
Our SAS rep told us the Deal promotion does not include Holiday events, they have to be on off days which I found disappointing because we do qualify for deals on the big ticket days.
That is correct and the deals are a lot more expensive for BF / CM.
To be clear. The only Big Ticket days are BF / CM.
