Bulk upload for handling time

First off I apologize for being a veteran and not being able to find this.

I haven’t had to use bulk upload sheet in years.

It seems not only has Amazon changed my default handling time to 0-1 days but on quite a few items my handling time has been removed so it is the default.

Of course this is an amazing coincidence given the letters they just sent out.

To make matters worse I am unable to edit the items using seller central due to other issues with the listings (again amazing coincidence)

I can’t seem to find a bulk upload sheet that will allow me to adjust handling time. If anyone knows you can save me a few hours of trudging through the amazon “help pages”
