It’s FBA, as far as I can tell. Once cancelled, it doesn’t let me see details easily.

I don’t shop enough to have encountered that, yet. If it’s FBA, that tells me that Amazon has an inventory accuracy problem. Not good. Has the same bait and switch effect that I do believe is illegal.

I’ve not noticed this. My big complaint is that I can type in the EXACT brand and name of what I want, then have to wade through 4 pages of “Sponsored” products, some of which aren’t even in the same category, before finding what I’m looking for. That’s more about competitors snagging adverts on those keywords than Amazon itself, isn’t it? Have you tried filtering on the left before you click through pages?
