Can one attach a file in a reply in case log?

If it is possible, I am missing how to attach a file when replying to an open case, within my account. I tried sending it via my email reply to their request for more info, but it doesn’t look like it made it to them.

Always a pleasure trying to explain things to their helpers. Not.
