Can Sellers be identified by FNSKU without Amazon help?

I would start refusing shipments because this could just be a test of a few small disposals and the pallets are being built at the FC this weekend…
Just like any dumping, if you don’t stop it quick it becomes a “go to” location.

That ‘fraud’ comment brings up a thought (it’s past noon here so I have those once in a while), what about reporting this to that amazing Counterfeit Crimes Unit they were just bragging about.

It might or might not be ‘counterfeit’ but it sure sounds like it fits the ‘crimes’ part!

I wonder if the seller is Chinese (or any nationality, really) that has other people purchasing these products and sending these orders to other folks they don’t know and when those packages arrive at their destination, those “other people” that placed the order can then do 5-star reviews and 5-star feedback for the “seller”.

Sounds like a classic FB/Review/Ranking manipulation.

Agreed.

The so-called “Chinese Brush” (Link, USPIS) - no matter who wields it - tars far and wide.

But how did they DO that? One can certainly dictate a return address, but your seller name cannot be changed for “returns”. So, they are typing in your seller name as if it were a person’s name for the address, and Amazon is NOT appending the Seller name to that return address at all - that’s Amazon’s fault.

Regardless, Amazon can find this and shut it down, and yes you need to make sure that you are severed from that rouge account, as the bogus return address is only the tip of the iceberg.

You can actually put whatever you want for the name even for return orders. They likely just put “Sundance” for first and “Beauty” for last name or whatever the case may be when asked for a ship-to address.
