Cellular Service Outage 10/2/2024

Seeing reports and seeing it myself, Verizon, T-Mobile and other Service Resellers on these services are having outages. My Verizon phone (wifi calling enabled) apparently was going straight to voicemail most of the day and text messages were not coming through. Outbound calls would hang up the moment dialed. A reboot about an hour ago fixed that and text messages began coming through about 30 minutes ago.

Of note, I was unaffected by the earlier this week outage that seemed to be mostly an iPhone Verizon issue.

Unfortunately, my Verizon razr+ 2023 has been working all day and I have been receiving texts and phone calls without using Wif-Fi.

Just guessing that what ever caused the outage earlier this week, maybe they did a “fix” today to prevent it from happening again

Amazing that nobody can test this stuff at 3AM if that’s the case…

Verizon, does “reset” their fiber network a couple times a year and it’s always between 2-3AM local.

I’m one of the few people that notices…

I have found the gift that gives in the off election season is Jehovah’s Witness, Scientology, LDS, and a few select others, like Amway/Quickstar/Herbalife. That and an inquiry for ED meds from “Canadian Pharmacy”.

Best one I have ever done is answered the door to the Watchtower mafia, and asked them to keep their voice down as my husband was sleeping (I am he/him). This was circa 2000, I think I was put on a “waste of time” list or something equivalent.
Wife laughed her â– â– â–  off when she saw the security footage.
