I’m on a new Walmart account and am trying to change a listing to WFS, but it seems stuck on seller fulfilled. I have onboarded to WFS and already shipped inventory (and the inventory shows as received and available on the WFS inventory page), but the listing still says Seller Fulfilled (WFS Eligible), and when I go to edit the listing the drop down box for seller fulfilled / walmart fulfilled is greyed out.

Also there’s a drop down to convert items to WFS but I get this message even though it’s labeled seller fulfilled

It sounds like a Walmart problem. Their Seller Support is… cough not great, but opening a case would be my next stop here.

Be patient, it can take a few days before your item gets changed to WFS as they look into your product (s) to see if it’s something they want to stock in their warehouses.

They’ve already accepted inventory for the product and it says it’s WFS eligible (and there’s other WFS sellers already on there) so that can’t be the issue.
I guess I’ll open a case with seller support and see what they say.

Yea, opening a case is the best way to get this resolved. Make sure to include detailed screenshots in the case. They are pretty good when you give them all the detail in pictures…
