I am not seeing this in the Amazon rules, but my gut tells me there is probably a rule somewhere. I sell party items and I was going to do something around breast cancer awareness month. I wanted to contribute a portion of the proceeds. Is this allowed on Amazon and written in a bullet point or a picture? I come from a family of breast cancer survivors and ones who didn’t make it, so this is near and dear to me.
Bullet points cannot be seller specific.
What about in the area where we describe our business?
I’ve seen others have this kind of information on their seller page and I don’t see a reason why you couldn’t/shouldn’t. FWIW, most buyers won’t see it.
I see no issue with “Your info & Policies” Page

FWIW, I have seen where the fact the company makes donations is built into the store name. I guess that’s one way to get around it.
That would seem to be dangerous way to go about it as it would imply everything the store sells and a way that could be abused (bait customer to buy but not make the donation scheme)…
Agree …
Probably the best way as you could specify the month (or days) your company does this each year and what products or entire shop.
Ever think about setting up a Google Ad promotion that promotes your business as doing x% or $x per sale and linking it to your Amazon item(s) and/or shop the week before and thru the month or period that this donation would be accumulating? There is a program that Amazon has that rewards your account ($$$) for outside adverting driving sells to / on Amazon.
If you are not selling on eBay they have a spot for that and it displays (fairly) prominently for any potential buyers to see.
I used it with some items and (irony of irony) the charity I was trying to donate to (a conservation style site) rejected me because I was donating from the sale of hunting straps!
OK, more money for me!
I guess they weren’t aware that almost all state game and fish conservation departments use hunting for game and resource management. Overpopulation results in starvation and disease, but of course you know that and apparently they don’t.

Is it the same as the Amazon Associates program or something different? I did that program before I got into selling professionally. I’m not sure if I do that program now if it would be income that is separate from my Amazon store?
I just happen to notice this listing (B09TPZS2PT), don’t know if it is legit or allowed by Amazon.
The seller listed this pair of origami crane earring (which has a higher price than rest of his crane) as “100% of profits from the sale of these earrings are donated to help Ukraine, via the United Nations Crisis Relief.”
This listing has been there over 2 yrs now, and the information about the donation is in the title and the description part of the product page. It seems Amazon hasn’t taken it down because of that.
In the immediate wake of the 14th Russo-Ukrainian War going hot (24Feb2022), Amazon began establishing a Public Relations position in favor of the latter’s circumstance.
In the wake of the broad consensus expressed amongst the global community of nation-states by the imposition of sanctions which followed that date’s launch of the so-called “Special military operation,” Amazon - perhaps, somewhat reluctantly? - imposed a moratorium on shipping to the aggressor nation-state(s), in accordance with the same broad-consensus protocol being deployed by other entities (commercial, governmental, and more).
Never one to miss a marketing opportunity, Amazon quickly created various “Support Ukraine” Browse Bins for its Global Catalog, and with a variety of initiatives - for a brief time - actively encouraged creating Offer-Listing ASINs such as you have highlighted.
I do not know whether or not any of those afore-mentioned initiatives are still being actively promoted, or even supported for new offers - but I strongly suspect that your notice of a “grandfathering” instance is probably in play here.
@Canadianmag I believe you can include this info in your Store Profile.
If you’re listing in Handmade, I believe that you maybe could note this in an image or bullet point because your ASINs are sole-Seller, correct? Tagging @Image @LR72 @wadeorcas for insight.
But on the Merchant side, you can not indicate this info in bullets or images because as @Sundance noted, there can be nothing Seller-specific on a (potentially) shared ASIN.
I’m not sure if you can note this on A+ content, if you are brand registered on the Merchant side, though.
If I were you, for real visibility I would try to run a PPC campaign on Amazon to highlight the breast cancer awareness and donation aspect of these items and/or advertise/highlight this aspect on social and other advertising channels.
On a side note, fuq cancer, and thank you for thinking of others.
