I usually get a 2 day shipping request 2x week, it’s almost daily now, but not enough for me to drive to UPS every day. I use PirateShip for my pick up requests and it recently changed from $4.25 to $6.00. Is anyone finding anything cheaper?
We use a shipping software downloaded to my PC called ShipWorks. The program does have a monthly subscription fee.
Currently, for an unknown limited time, they have been offering UPS Pickups at no charge when scheduled through the software. I hope it does not end. It’s a great temporary unexpected benefit.
Have you already checked your rates directly with UPS for different pickup options they offer? I have not reviewed the 2025 pricing options yet for the various pickup options.
We have daily FedEx pickups, but I have not researched daily UPS pickups in a while.
Interesting - This made me think, Sorry I did not mention it before
I have an Amex card Business Blue - No Annual Fee 2x Amex Points.
But back in December, ending this March 31, they had an offer from
Fedex Freight. 50% back per shipment, with Max $1000 credits.
(I had to click the offer, and of course make sure my Fedex account is paid for by this Amex card)
Anyway, if you use Fedex, keep in mind the Amex Offers.
I will try and post, if I see another.
I made out like a bandit. Just for noticing.
Here was the offer. (is to March 31)
I do not know if you can still get in, but…
Any luck @Canadianmag ?
Also, any thoughts as to why the 2-day shipping requests have increased? ![]()
No luck.
I sell party items, a few items I’m the only one on Amazon. I think it’s the last minute shoppers who want the item and willing to pay the premium to get it there by the weekend.
