CPC Documentation Policy Compliance Request but Disappears

So on late July 28, 2026 we got a notification on the Seller Central Dashboard that we had a critical issue that would effect our account health. We clicked on it and it lead us to the Account Health page which showed an issue under Food and Policy Safety Issues. Amazon was looking for CPC documentation for one of our items. Later, we check Performance Notifications and found the same CPC documentation request. Amazon needed the documentation by July 31, 2026.

No problem, we have what is needed but didn’t have time to gather it and submit it on July 29, 2026. What we did do was go onto the listing and add the recommended age along with the CPSIA Warning: No Warning Applicable.

This morning July 30, 2026 the critical issue on the seller central home page was gone. The Account Health page no longer showed the item under the Food and Product Safety Issues. However … on the Performance Notification page, we do not have a notification telling us that the issue is resolved.

Since the issue is “resolved” (no longer showing) on the Account Health page, should we just sit back and do nothing more?

Hold on to it just in case, but more than likely yes. All Amazon needs is the documentation from one seller and then it’s resolved for everyone. They could randomly decide down the road that the one provided is somehow insufficient, but in the meantime it’s fine until it’s not.

We are the manufacturer and the only seller. The other 12 items with the same documentation is in Amazon’s hands.

That was our plan.

I only deal with mass-market toys, so I didn’t even consider the possibility of it being private label. That places it out of my purview, but I think it still being fine until it’s not has merit.

I would suggest opening a case with seller support. Of course it’s a waste of time and you won’t get any real answers but at least you have documentation that you tried to resolve the issue. If it pops up again, you can refer back to that case as proof that you didn’t just ignore it. Seems like a waste of time but it’s helped me with issues in the past.
