Just saw this pop up. This is a real shame if not being replaced. As far as I can tell there’s no access to all reviews on the voice of the customer page. Someone chime in if they know where that is on VOC pls and TY…
So now we have to go into each listing’s PDP to see reviews instead of having it all in one place.
Is Amazon really getting rid of the tool that helps resolve negative reviews and offer customer service?
I asked SAS manager. Let’s see what she has to say. I will report back.

I don’t get this one. Prob just another way to stop sellers from communicating with their precious customers…
We had a review on one item for June 23, 2025 (4 days ago). It shows up on the Customer Review page (the one they are getting rid of) but it does not show up under the item on the Voice of the Customer page.
You have to go to Voice of the Customer, click on the See Details button for an item and scroll down to see if anything is there. Neither of our last two showed anything.
We would also note that none of our items are showing the Star rating on the Voice of the Consumer so we don’t think that the reviews are linked into the page yet.
As it stands … this is going to be a big PITA …
Yup. I noticed the same. No listing has any star ratings. I don’t see a way to see reviews. Hopefully that will change before 9-30. I mean, it would have to. They are saying it will be there… Amazon would never deceive it’s partners.
I suspected that something like this might be looming about 10 days ago, when I 1st noticed that a long-standing functionality of the Business Reports Dashboard - i.e, the ability to track Product Review counts in more-or-less Real Time via the Brand Performance Report - had been deprecated (along with the whole GUI report itself).
I rarely find the VOC page useful. Most returns and complaints would be non-existent if buyers just read the size info clearly described on the detail page. 
I don’t recall seeing reviews on that page, just buyer return comments when they’ve provided them, often that space is blank.
Tonight I am seeing no stars, return rate not available, short and long term return rates: no data available. Recent Customer Feedback,: Feedback & Reviews No feedback available.
Allow me to fix this for you …

Amazon has reconsidered this ill-starred initiative - just found this on the Customer Reviews Dashboard (link):
As of this time, however, I still don’t see the Brand Performance Report on the Business Reports Dashboard, so it remains to be seen if that nifty functionality will be restored.
