"Customers Say" But it is not customers, it is another bot

So what would the process be for removing nonsense from the “summary” of customer review comments made by a bot?

It’s an AI bot summary - don’t think anything can be done about it - those are randomly selected listings that have them too.

This is a great question. Our ingestible supplements have “Effect on Skin” in the negative on that bull ■■■■ AI summary. Nowhere, ANYWHERE, does a buyer talk about anything to do with their skin.

I’ve seen the same nonsense on most of our competitors listings for “like” products.

We’ve had so many fish to fry with our SAS manager lately that I haven’t brought this nonsense up but I will and will advise here when I hear back.

If yes, be sure to state clearly that your inquiry is for the Catalog Team to dispute the accuracy of Amazon-generated content on the PDP.
