Did anyone else get this e-mail.
I laughed so hard I nearly soiled myself.
In the past 2 weeks they have gotten 20% of my orders delivered on time.
Why would I want to drop my on-time delivery rate down to 96%?
Is Amazon going to pay me to suffer these inefficiencies?
