The only thing that I can suggest is:
Maybe @oneida_books has some ideas.

Look the UPC code up in GS1 to verify it still matches with the product.
The best place to get the reason for why an ASIN details page was yanked is from the email telling you the listing was pulled. If you have these emails disabled in your Amazon settings, you might be able to find the notice in your performance notifications. Since you have the date the item was pulled you should be able to find it without making yourself too crazy.
If this does not work, asking Seller Support (eww, I know) may be the next best step.
Is this it up in Canada?

I wasn’t aware that HON (Muscatine, IA) was okay with selling on Amazon. Are you an authorized distributor?
This was the one that was removed. We are a HON authorized dealer, so they are ok with us selling on Amazon.
And you have that in writing? I’ve seen dealers get yanked for advertising outside their territory.
I am in communication with them every day. As long as we are compliant with their EMAP pricing we are all good.
My initial guess is that it got an SIPV bot hit for the title - “HON Gateway Adjustable Task Chair, Black” - which cause it’s removal.
I would first update the title on your Seller SKU in both the US and CA.
After that:
Is this the same chair?

Can you search the ASIN in the FIX MY PRODUCTS PAGE?
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/fixyourproducts?ref_=myi_ia_vl_fba
Yes, I tried to use that ASIN as a new listing, but it conflicts with the first one.
In the FIX my products page does it say:
This ASIN has GTIN codes that do not match the brand associated to the ASIN. GTIN codes are reliable data that are used to limit duplicate products in the catalog and ensure product authenticity. We verify the authenticity of GTINs by checking the GS1 database and GTINs that do not match information in GS1 are considered invalid. We recommend obtaining your GTINs directly from GS1 (and not from other third parties selling GTIN licenses) to ensure the appropriate information is reflected in the GS1 database. If you believe we have removed your ASIN in error, contact Selling Partner Support here. Repeatedly creating ASINs for brands you do not have a relationship with will result in the removal of ASIN creation abilities. Learn more .
No. It says:
This detail page was removed for potential policy violations. Visit the account health dashboard for more information. But when I click on the fix button, there is no violation.
I do find that sometimes it takes a day or two for it appear in the violations page.
Any Email from Performance Notifications? Those I usually get first.
How long has the page been down?
What does that mean? Are you trying to use the same sku when adding this asin?
It’s been down since February. We received no communication as to why it was taken down.
I was playing around the catalog to see if there was another ASIN (listing), which there is, but not going to mess around with that.
Yes, I just set up a case-Thank you
Because it was likely an SIPV. Surprised it would not be appearing there.
Also, that second ASIN. It likely has the same (almost) issue as yours. It uses “Gateway” in the Product Description.
If the chair you want to list has two ASIN’s (yours, that was removed, and B08PD3ZW8P, which is still active), then just add B08PD3ZW8P to your inventory (Add Products → ASIN B08PD3ZW8P → Sell Yours) and give it a new SKU.
That shouldn’t cause any conflict. If it does, can you please elaborate on what kind of conflict it causes?
There are zero offers for it when viewing as a buyer, no Other Sellers link, no nothing, just ‘unavailable’.
Interestingly, this listing was created without a UPC code. I would guess that a detail page being removed is usually due to some type of brand/UPC conflict (or Amazon misunderstanding) or Amazon not recognizing you as being authorized by the brand to create detail pages for their products.
The BOTS seem to periodically scour the catalog for violations pertaining to XYZ brand name, and when it’s your brand’s turn, all your listings will be flagged. I just got 20+ violations for some pages I created back in early 2021 because, apparently, the BOTS just now got around to searching on that brand name.
