That jibes with my own recollection of that particular instance of sluggardness, but there’s another fly in the ointment, as well, so I do not recommend simply accepting/writing off this latest round of BSS/MSS Shipping Overcharge Adjustments:

As far as I can tell, Amazon has yet to publicly acknowledge the USPS-API Data Handshake-Validation Snafu which the OIG highlighted in its 072926 “Report Number 25-130-2-R26” (link, USPSOIG, .pdf). Sometimes, silence speaks volumes.
