Does this message from Amazon mean that I didn't sell enough?

Looks right. I’m not sure, the page looks different when everything is turned off already.

I have zero advice here because even the remotest chance 5 cousins and 5 generations removed - I wouldn’t touch with a 10 ft pole.

Thanks. I asked Amazon AI whether cancelling the Remote fulfillment with FBA would stop the subscription fee and Other fee. The AI said no :frowning: I wonder if the AI’s answer is correct.

Sorry to hear about your pain with Amazon seller account. So, you vote for not doing anything? That would be a monthly charge on my credit card forever :expressionless_face:

You would need to determine what the “other” fees are in order to know how to get rid of them.

The notion that you would have to pay some indeterminate fees on .ca forever is obviously nonsense though. I had a bad experience dealing with .mx, the marketplace is now on vacation, all FBA and remote fulfillment is deactivated, and I don’t owe any fees on .mx. If you get everything cleaned up and turned off, you will not have to pay anything for .ca beyond your unified marketplace fee, which you are paying for as part of a professional plan on .com anyway. I believe this is the “monthly subscription fee” by the way, just part of your professional plan fee divided up between the marketplaces.

I don’t know why you got charged, but I would not mess with your NA account at all. The risk and therefore the ROI is not worth it.

It looks to me like your monthly professional fees getting split between the NA marketplaces; the secondary part of the message of lower than the amount you owe is because there is a restriction on the card that doesn’t allow for a higher amount to be charged - so they start with a lower amount first - what you got charged was the minimal and then after 24 hours they will try to charge a higher incremental amount. But I have no clue what the total charges are and what they comprise of and why.

Thank you guys. I disabled the Remote Fulfillment with FBA and put Canada/Mex/Brazil marketplaces on vacation. Hopefully the fee stops and no headache like Tried_Tested.

There is couple of things left …

Consider this part as preventive maintenance to avoid future catalog issues.
