Ebay internation settings not enrolled, but receiving international orders?

As far as I know, my stuff is only for sale on the US site. But ordering my stuff on the US site to an international address shouldn’t be a valid workaround, since the US site has international selling options and I believe I have them all turned off.

Clearly something borked here. I don’t know if it’s an ebay glitch, or the buyer finagled something like you said.

I found it! I knew I had read several weeks ago that everyone was automatically enrolled in international shipping on eBay. Here is how to turn it off:

  1. Go to seller hub on left sidebar.
  2. Click on selling preferences.
  3. Scroll down and click on shipping preferences.
  4. Top of page shows “eBay shipping options.”
  5. You will see “enrolled.”
  6. Click on edit to turn it off and give reason why.

My international settings show “not enrolled.”

It no longer matters what your shipping template says for your individual listings. The international settings on your shipping templates are overridden by the new international automatic enrollment program. This is why you must go to the page following the steps I outlined above to remove yourself from the international program sitewide. It doesn’t matter what your shipping template says.

I understand what you meant.

As you can see from the above screenshot, the international shipping settings for my account are “Not Enrolled.”

Sorry I could not be more helpful. I did a Google search and saw that other people were reporting the same problem on the reddit website.

At least my misery has company, I suppose.
