eBay shipping price $4 higher for 5 oz small package USPS GA

Has anyone else noticed a problem with eBay postage? $8.61 for 5 oz 10x9x5 in package.
This same label is $4.61 from Endicia, as it should be. I don’t see a reason for an extra $4 charge. Am I missing something? No sig con or extra insurance selected.

It was like this yesterday also, waiting overnight didn’t fix it.

Out of curiosity, have you turned off the “irregular package” and tried the rate with a regular package?
