OK, so wht triggers the “Hey, the seller is packing your order” email? I ask cause I see nothing on my selling back end that could trigger it. I assume it’s something as simple as clicking the link to purchase shipping?

In theory the message is sent when you purchase the label or submit the tracking info
In practice… who knows

Yes, this email is sent when you confirm the tracking number with eBay. It only really tells the buyer that you have purchased the label. Another email is sent when the package is scanned in possession of the PO that says “Let the tracking begin!” or something like that.
