Bravo for Etsy for knowing their sellers. Many crafts people cannot afford delays and refunds.

The handbook article is a little lite on the details of the seller protection - what appears to be the place for a link, has none.

Since I would expect a credit card chargeback will occur whenever their is a non-delivery due to the tariff, it would be interesting to see if Etsy eats the costs.

The handbook is clearly intended to provide clarity in the issues, even if it does not yet make clear the extent to which Etsy is going to fund this protection.

No way would I be exporting now other than using Ebay International Shipping which removes all seller responsibility for orders once they leave the EIS hub.
