Here is the link to download the July 2025 USPS prices.
We will dig into more later but a first glance USPS Ground Advantage (less than 1lb) and Priority Mail Flat Rate commercial rates remains the same (this is price paid on Amazon, Stamps, etc.).
Remember, the files for pricing that are available now are PROPOSED and not final so there could still be additional changes.
I remember when I was young it took forever for the price of postage to change. Now it is an every year thing.

Yes! Unbelievably, First Class letter stamps stayed at 3 cents from 1932 to 1958:
The USPS raises it as often as they can because they are only allowed by law to raise the prices a certain amount at certain intervals. It was part of the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act (PAEA) of 2006 which also required the infamous 75 year pre-funding of retiree health benefits. The USPS was suddenly saddled with both a massive new overhead and limits on what they could charge. This is why (with the exception of 2023, when the USPS received a 1 time congressional appropriation) the USPS has been running massive deficits ever since this law was passed. In this new reality, the USPS has to raise prices as much as they can as often as they can in an attempt to catch up.
You should expect to continue seeing regular price increases from the USPS until the benefit pre-pay provision is repealed or until 2081.
