Eligible North America Unified Accounts can now expand to Brazil

I just wanted to post this breaking news that we have all been waiting for.

How exciting. I have been waiting 10 years to sell my wares in what is described by others as a nightmare of delivery issues, returns and refunds.

Sorry. You are not allowed to pass. Soon, you too will have a store in Brazil!

I thought I was going to be exempt – having the old platform account with no NA Unified.

No such luck.

Yep found I had a Brazil account too and had to put it on vacation mode.

I’ve had it for some time now and was just making sure that I didn’t have anything listed there.

I just decided to take the plunge and put Brazil in Vacation Mode and am hoping some BOT doesn’t decide that I want to close my account… :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

When I mentioned this to my wife, she was very happy to hear “Brazil” and “Vacation” in the same sentence, and refused to listen to the rest of what I said, so take care, kids.

Brazil is a black hole for shipping anything. We had distant relatives there and NOTHING we shipped to them ever was received by them.

Most everything was stolen along the way.

Having followed along with the disaster that happened to Tried_Tested, it’s just so very amazon to announce this now, months after many of us have seen Brazil get added to our accounts.

I also put mine in vacation mode, and don’t have a shipping profile outside the US anyway.
