Or so says my order page. It has been like this for several days, maybe more.
Is it just me, or is someone else seeing this?
We have the usual ratio of business to regular customers on our orders page.
I hadn’t noticed this, but just checked, and all our orders show as business customers as well. Which would be very unusual. I also had to swap between screens like joebcrafts to get any numbers to show up.
We set our B2B price $1.00 more than our standard price. All of our customers all seem to be just regular customers now. We will let you all know when we finally get a business customer so we can set up a pool on how long their business will last.
Not really related, but if business sales are going to be net 30 to sellers, Amazon should wait 30 days past ship date to charge me as a business customer. Otherwise, this is just Amazon using the float to scrape some more money out of our pockets.
Still waiting to meet or hear of a Jeff I like. Any suggestions?

OR net 45 or net 60 then 15 days beyond if they don’t pay, then up to 2 weeks for disbursement. It is very easy for the “30 days” to turn into 90 until you get paid.
This appears to be a glitch, at least on our account. All of today’s payments went into standard orders, not deferred transactions.
I sell a lot of books to institutions and libraries. They used to pay for their books at the point of purchase, but now they all take 30-45 days to pay on Amazon. (Looking at you, Amherst!)
I guess we just have to go with it, or hope they buy their books from us on Abebooks instead.
FWIW, Amherst is one of the most highly endowed unis in the US per capita, a notch or two behind Princeton and Harvard. If you have a smart kid, especially from the flyover states, encourage them to apply there.
