8:47am central time … no problems in pulling up usbc to drive adapters (chrome browser)
The app joined the strike in solidarity with the workers. 
Funny, was still doing it even today. Un-installed the app since there was no way to log out, reinstalled and logged back and and all is back to normal. Somehow it got unlinked from my account.
On the website version, there has been an update … final checkout pages are a little different.
Still weird that they way Amazon lets a customer know this is by glitching out the app, instead of simply posting a banner or alert text.
