Expected Payment Release Date

  1. I am looking for the Expected Payment Release Date For Deferred Transactions.

  2. Seems easy enough. I can see the my “Deferred Transactions” on the Payments Dashboard. I can then click the “Deferred Transactions” $ Amount and it takes me to all Transactions under “Transaction View” tab, whereby I can then select “Transaction Status” drop down and select only “Deferred Transactions” - “Update” and voila the Payment Release Date" appears. However I can only download this specific view to a cap of 600 transactions. I have many more transactions and I can’t keep downloading this report manually because frankly, that would take forever.

  3. The only alternative to get the deferred transactions is then to:

a. Under Reports Repository

In the Report Type drop down menu, I select Deferred Transaction which automatically, then, changes the Account type drop down menu to Standard Orders and Greys out the Reporting Date Range

b. I can, then, only select Request Report

c. The report generates after a few hours, but it does not have a column that says “Expected Payment Release Date” or “Payment Release Date”

Seller Assistant Beta bounces me back between these two options and once yesterday told me to download each 600 transactions manually. Today, it’s a more perfected version of Seller Support.

Any thoughts?

How long are you trying to run the report for? day? week? month?

When do you reach 600? in a day? in a week? in a month?

Are you trying to balance to a daily payout or the bi-weekly payout?

I can select download to the right of that link - which is what I mentioned but it’s limited to 600 transactions. I have about 500+ pages of those with 50 transactions per page.~ 28000 transactions (many of them from liquidations). That download option is limited to 600 so that doesn’t work.

Then do 600 transaction then change the parameters for 600 more in a different block of time. Should only be about 47 times lol.

I am trying to figure out when amazon is going to release the deferred payments which I can see from the link that @VTR posted above but I have 559 pages or so to go through with 50 results per page. I need to be able to download a range report which, again, I can do, but that report does not include any expected payment release date.

I was hoping not to this for the next 2 days but it may be the only way.

Do you need to know the date of every order? Or can you just grab a few every couple hundred orders through the entire date range you need to get a reasonable approximation of the release date progression?

Do you have deferred transactions other than invoiced orders? All invoiced orders are 30 days in all 10 pages of my reports. The bump is waiting for your next disbursement date after the 30 days.

This is a fair point…but my intent was to get precisely how much I would get per next two payment periods. This much mental gymnastics for simple things is nothing but intentionality on amazon’s part.

@HobbesIsMyTiger suggestion, will not resolve any OCD issues by getting down to the penny, but it will give you a decent approximation.

Response withheld since it highly violates SAS rules…but something about:

being a hoe, amazon, getting fuqd royally, needing to get paid

Uh, talking trash about Amazon is not against SAS policies anywhere or I would be in deep doo doo. Everyone here is in agreement with you get fuqed by Amazon and how itty Shay they are about everything and how they treat sellers.

I was gonna go beyond x-rated verbiage

Sorry, I automatically up filter peoples comments to X rated (except @Dogtamer), for him I use Foghorn Leghorn voiceovers in my mind. “I do say, I do say, that there be larger words I can use to make this sentence seem more complete and satisfying.”
Every time a few of you talk about Amazon, this is my filter…But using words from a popular Hub site.

There is no reason I can think of why a dashboard somewhere doesn’t have a widget that says:
Your next payment is due: XX/XX/XX
Your next payment will be: $XX.XX
The value of the of your disbursement is based on your completed sales as of 24 hours ago.

Or something.

Except that mine says $0 and Deferred Transactions has a nice chunk of change sitting there. From what I can garner from the perusal/estimated method suggested above. A Majority of it is from my liquidations transactions and from what I briefly saw, a lot of it is being held until May and June…da fuq
