The post from your OP was from the desktop? Your subsequent posts are clearly desktop but the original screenshot looks nothing like anything I see on Walmart.
Do you have the report option?

Everything I do on Walmart is desktop. Wondering if the browser is the difference here with what I am seeing vs. you. Using Chrome here.
Walmart is still so antiquated compared to everyone else so it would make sense that the view is different based on the browser.
They did something recently, because over the last month(ish) I can barely answer customer messages using an Ipad. The pages & text no longer scroll properly, half the page is frozen. never used to be like this.
Try using Chrome browser on iPad and see if that corrects it … it would be interesting to know.
I have the same problem on my PC. I have to zoom out to read messages, there is no scroll.
There are a couple things where I also have to zoom out (ON A PC) to see certain things with reports and shipments to WFS.
Pretty insane in 2026
I always use chrome on the ipad, I even tried the option to “mobile device” vs standard desktop… same issue with Walmart messages
Another issue is whatever customer support sees they are just copy & pasting full web pages (or something) here’s an actual message I just received.. there has to be 100 blank lines (keep scrolling) the Formatting is horrific

When it looks like this, I just read the email notification from Walmart, then type the answer in the message portal. Not worth trying to read it like that in Walmart directly.
I think that’s a copy paste issue. I’ve never seen a message on WMT that required a horizontal scroll to read it. ![]()
The email address is not coming from Walmart. If this message were coming from Walmart, there would be a period between sellershelp and Walmart instead of a dash. Spammers use dashes in the links to spoof actual retailers.

The first one I got was from “Account Verification” like yours. I just got another from “Business Verification.”
The only difference in the message was the email they wanted me to contact.
Most likely the domain they were using was taken down
I did report it to Walmart so maybe that takedown was my fault / accomplishment…
I get spam emails all the time about “helping us” and I think that’s what the contact was through the message system…
