Hi everyone,
I’ve been relying on the native “Send to Amazon” workflow for a while now, but as my SKU count is growing, I’m finding it a bit clunky for multi-box shipments and labeling.
I’m looking to streamline the prep and pack process. I’ve seen InventoryLab and ScanPower
Just trying to see what’s the best one to work with
Would love to hear what’s working for you in 2026
Thanks

How many SKUs in a shipment and in a box?
Note: we use SPD (UPS Ground) not LTL.
We do multi-SKU shipments all the time. We first process the SKUs that will hae enough weight to go as a shipment of their own (usually 5+ shipping boxes). Then we work on the ‘nerdle’ shipment(s). We try to keep these under 15 shipping boxes. As the mixed-SKU boxes are packed we add an FNSKU label to the top of the box with the qty indicated. Then once they are all packed we use the ‘scan and pack’ to tell Amazon how our boxes are packed. We hae also used the spreadsheet in some instances, but overall for multi-SKU shipments I currently prefer scan & pack. Note: we don’t start scan & pack until all units are packed in boxes. Why? Because sometimes we’ll hae to edit the shipment because we found one more unit, or one is missing/damaged.
Curious what other workflows are used.
