My coworkers do the same thing very often, and I delete the zero sku workflows once the intended workflow is in progress. People or employees do it on accident.
I have not found an easy way to delete them. I just click on each one and delete them individually.
I also delete any smaller workflows with the similar skus, so the inventory from the workflow isn’t tied up. I don’t remember if that’s still a thing.
Mine is just like that. Basically any time you go to select inventory to add to an existing working shipment, it starts a new one before you go to active workflows (it’s stupid amazon stuff).
No way I’ve found other than manually deleting, and I gave up as there are more behind that page!
This problem still exists. Deleting the shipments is very convoluted. Has anyone found a quick and easy way to get rid of these? When I click on Switch to this workflow, it very briefly opens and then disappears, switching back to the Send to Amazon page. I can see the Delete Workflow link but there’s not enough time to click on it.
Hi @primetime , I moved your topic to Fulfillment by Amazon for added visibility. I am a “never-FBAer”, so I have no help to offer, but hopefully a few more eyeballs here can help find a solution.
I’m sorry I forget to appropriately label my threads. I will try to do better.
I fear there is still no resolution of the old Active Workflow problem from Amazon. So we are unnecessarily using server space that could add up when multiplied by all the FBA sellers!
No worries at all! We go back through for tags and categories just to help with search, visibility, and SEO. Plus, not every configuration (phone, tablet, or desktop x screen, interface, or settings) shows the options. We cool.
