This afternoon I discovered that my main FBA inventory is in reserved status. Initially I thought a competitor was playing games.
2 are customer orders - yet SC shows 5 pending orders
84 are in FC processing
Amazon wants me to send 142 to FBA
Because of the reserved status, my main product no longer appears on prime.
This product was processed weeks ago and was available. I was planning on shipping more product after the holidays but this really caught me off guard.
Amazon is transferring your product via a route or method that is not accessible in transit for outbound shipment. This happens all the time when you make single destination shipments and Amazon has to transfer it around.
Give it a week and you will probably see some of your inveventory show available at different FC’s.
