Noticed something the last 4 weeks where return emails wax and wane. Can go a day or 2 or more with no return emails, and then we will see 10 or more in a day.
Very unusual, based on experience. Returns are not allowed in our category so the reasons are always:
- Order not received
- Missed fulfillment promise
- Refused delivery
- Damaged in Transit
- The occasional “Product Not Described”
- General Adjustment where Amazon CS decides to hand our $ back for some reason.
My point is it’s been very irregular and not a normal cadence based on what we have seen the last 7 years.
Anyone else seeing this with FBA return notifications?
